Cell Press Scientific Editor interview questions

I have the first phone interview with a recruiter. A week after I have to do an assessment with editorial questions. Finally, I did not pass this step. I do not have any feedback about why I dod not pass to the nest phase.

After submitting application online, I was contacted by HR via email for a phone interview with her two days later, then about two weeks later got a professional questionaire to reply in 1à days which is for the editor leaders to assess. After sending the questionaire to those in charge of hiring, 1 week later I was contacted for the further 45min's phone interview (via Skype) with the editor leaders, followed by another 2h's manuscript test (1 h for reading and 1 h for discussing) through Skype meeting one week later. Afterwards, I thought I would be contacted for the final in-person interview in 2-3 weeks, but unluckily I didn't get to the last step.
