Epsilon Account Executive interview questions

A few phone, virtual interview followed by a project which I had the opportunity present to the team. A bit of a lengthy process but overall straightforward. You meet with multiple people at once in some stages. Generally not difficult. At the end of the hiring process I was offered an conditional offer and then told to "hold on as the role needed to approved". Only to be told a month after the conditional offer... that they "cannot make me a formal offer. Overall this was as a demoralising experience for me and the "waiting game" took a toll on my mental health.
