I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at MFS (Boston, MA) in Nov 2016
Interview
It's fairly simple and nothing surprising, just an overview for your experience. The manager seemed unprepared to the interview, but I guess he was just trying to find a candidate that he would be willing to work with for six months.
Several Questions about your ability, strengths, weaknesses, it seemed hard to prove when you don't go to northeastern which they believe creates the best students (they don't). Extremely difficult compared to other co-op interviews, it seemed as though you were questioned for every answer you were given

Question 1
Describe a situation where you succeeded and failed.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MFS (Boston, MA)
Interview
I had some idea of what this company was and felt that my experience would transition well into this company but because I didn’t go to northeastern, they didn’t want to work with me. How narrow-minded is that right? The recruiter lady specifically said oh we don’t work with non northeastern students. Honestly it ruined my perspective of this company and I took my talents elsewhere. That’s what happens when close minded people work in HR folks. Pursue this company at your own risk

Question 1
What school do you go to? Does it have a built in Co-op program?
