The process involved several rounds of phone interviews, first with the recruiter, then with the immediate team (senior level team members), and a final call with the VP of Account Management.
Notably, like other reviewers have mentioned, the recruiter who reached out (Riley) was incredibly quick and communicative throughout the entire process. I never had any unanswered questions or emails during the whole experience. The recruiter also ensured I was very relaxed and felt confident the entire time, which I greatly appreciated. I was also very impressed by the entire team's in-depth answers about the company layout, role responsibilities, success measures, team structure, and future vision.
All of these aspects left me feeling confident about signing onto the new opportunity!

Riley was informative and efficient with everything from the first out reach email to the signing of the offer.
She followed up quickly after every response and even provided feedback during the interview process,
making me feel valued as a candidate. This is something that many recruiters do not take the time to do. I
felt comfortable in every conversation with her and she was very transparent with timeline of expectations
which is crucial when interviewing with multiple companies at the same time. Overall Riley made a great
first impression of Pulse Point which contributed to my excitement of joining the team!

Interview
Interview process was super smooth and straightforward. I had an initial screening call with the recruiter, Riley, then moved on to calls with team members and senior leadership. Overall, there were 5 calls/interviews total. Everyone on the team was super pleasant to speak with and made me feel super comfortable right off the bat.
