Interview
Recruiter found me via LinkedIn; I responded and he set up a phone interview. Lasted one hour; he expressed immense interest due to my background and the fact I have a clearance. No response afterwards. Pinged him directly via email 2-3 weeks later telling him I was interviewing with other companies and asked if Raytheon was still interested; no response. Waste of time.

Tell me about your background capturing new business.
It's worst experience, I want for walk in, they collected my CV and not proceed for interview. They said, we will schedule the virtual interview, then why they conducted the walk in and wasting candidates time
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at RTX (El Paso, TX) in May 2013
Interview
I was called in for the interview, asked typical questions and was followed up with a phone call interview. I was interview by at least two managers, both having different fields of studies.
