One stage interview with the hiring manager. Asked questions where you could draw from either school or work experience. Think of the best way to show your skills based on the job description

It was a 1-on-1 45-minute interview via TEAMS. It was in French and they tested your English fluency as well. It was fairly casual. Some questions were behavioral (tell me about yourself, what would you do in xyz situation) and others were a bit technical (i.e. suppose a worker wanted to go back to work and his boss agreed with it, but his doctor is against it, what would you do?).
