• Assist in documenting system implementations, configurations, and updates for cloud-based environments
  
• Support basic cost monitoring and reporting for cloud resources
  
• Help in troubleshooting issues and escalating complex problems to senior team members
  
• Assist in developing and running basic automation scripts for routine operational tasks
  
• Follow and support implementation of cloud security best practices under guidance
  
• Create and update basic system documentation, flowcharts, and diagrams
  
• Support analysis of business requirements and assist in implementing cloud-based solutions
  
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand application and infrastructure needs
  
• Perform routine monitoring of cloud resources (VMs, storage, networking)
  
• Assist in system maintenance activities such as patching, backups, and updates
  
• Learn and adhere to organizational standards, processes, and cloud governance policies

Ø Prepares flow charts, systems diagrams to assist in problem analysis and eventually devising solutions and design documentation. Analyzes business needs and creates software solutions to meet user needs
Ø Interacts with business users and I/T to define current and future application requirements

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in Computer Science / IT or B.E. / B.Tech in relevant field
  

Skills & Experience

• Basic understanding of networking concepts
  
• Foundational knowledge of cloud platforms and automation, with a focus on Microsoft Azure
  
• Hands-on exposure to cloud technologies and services
  
• Possession of at least one cloud certification (preferably Azure)
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
  
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, competitive environment
  
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
