Roles :
1) To assist the AGM in day-to-day functions.

2) Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including MIS reports, to provide insights on plant performance

3) To conduct comprehensive business analysis including benchmarking with competitors in steel industry.

4) To identify opportunities for business growth and develop roadmap in consultation with Production, Operations and Marketing team.

5) To develop relationship with internal stakeholders including Operations, Quality, PPC, Logistics and Marketing team and identify areas for improvements.

6) Monitor operational performance, identifying key metrics for continuous improvement.

7) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for comprehensive reporting.
Education: B.Tech (preferably Metallurgy) from reputed institute

• Experience: Upto 5 years of experience in Plant Operations, preferably in the carbon steel industry

• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools for data analysis and reporting and making effective presentations.

• Other Skills:

o Strong communication and organizational skills.

o Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

o High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
