Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives (Voice Process). The role involves handling inbound calls, resolving customer queries, and delivering a high standard of service while maintaining professionalism and empathy.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate, timely resolutions
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication
• Document customer interactions and update records in the system
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and call handling guidelines
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team when required
• Meet individual and team performance targets (quality, productivity, TAT)
• Ensure compliance with company policies and data security standards

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience in customer service / call center (Freshers can apply)
• Minimum qualification: Undergraduate / Graduate in any discipline
• Strong verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
• Willingness to work in rotational & Night shifts

• Intel i5 Processor (Mandatory)

• Minimum 40 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload speed
• Laptop/Desktop with minimum 8GB RAM
• Windows 11 OS

Pay: ₹100.00 per hour
