Role Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Python Developer with a minimum of 1 year of experience to join our dynamic team based in Kochi. As a Senior Python Developer, your day-to-day tasks will include back-end web development, software development, object-oriented programming (OOP) and working with databases. You will be responsible for programming and developing solutions using Python to meet the needs of our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer requirements and convert them into Frappe framework/ERPNext solutions.
• Develop and provide solutions for customer problems, incorporating them into ERPNext.
• Create proofs of concept for customer operational challenges.
• Ensure successful delivery and implementation of solutions.
• Utilize existing reusable components within ERPNext to enhance customer functionality.
• Provide technical support and debugging for customized apps in ERPNext.
• Contribute to proposal efforts by providing inputs for ERPNext development and configuration.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Excellent report design skills using HTML and CSS (Custom CSS/Bootstrap Framework).
• Working knowledge of APIs.
• Experience in implementing ERP solutions for different industries is plus.

Personal Skills:

• Ability to work independently with a strong sense of accountability.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers, partners, and colleagues.
• Effective time management.

Education Requirements:

• Prefer candidates with a computer science background with relevant coding experience in Python.
