As a Medical Coder, you will play an important role in the revenue cycle by accurately translating healthcare services, diagnoses, and procedures into universally recognized codes. Your expertise ensures proper billing, compliance, and data analysis.

• Expert-level knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-CM, and HCPCS Level II coding systems.
• Solid understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and disease processes.
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems and coding software.
• Excellent analytical skills and a sharp attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
