We are hiring a highly agile, self-driven Growth & GTM Operator to work directly with the Founder across two global businesses:
● Soluvery – AI, technology, and consulting solutions
● Supply Overseas – End-to-end global sourcing, procurement, QA, and logistics partner with local teams in China & India.
This is not a traditional marketing role. You will act as a one-person growth engine, owning strategy, execution, experimentation, and performance across any channel that drives pipeline and revenue. You must be extremely hands-on, AI-native, and comfortable operating with speed, ambiguity, and high ownership.
Core Mandate
Your responsibility is simple but high-impact: Build, test, and scale any growth initiative that generates qualified pipeline and revenue — using AI, automation, and rapid experimentation. You are not limited to predefined channels. You are expected to discover and scale what works.
Key Responsibilities
1. Full-Stack Growth Ownership
● Own end-to-end demand generation and growth initiatives for both businesses
● Identify and execute on high-impact acquisition and pipeline opportunities
2. AI-Native Marketing Execution
Leverage AI tools extensively to accelerate output and quality:
● AI-assisted content, landing pages, and outreach personalization
● AI-driven SEO research, clustering, and authority building
● Improve discoverability across:
You should be comfortable using tools like: ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, Instantly, Zapier/Make, GA4, Search Console, Notion AI, Canva AI, etc.
3. Demand Generation & Pipeline Building Design and execute initiatives that directly impact revenue:
● Account-based growth programs targeting ideal customers
● Strategic outreach campaigns to high-value prospects
Conversion-focused landing pages and messaging experiments Focus is on qualified pipeline, not vanity metrics.
4. Website, Funnel & Conversion Optimization
● Continuously improve both websites for conversion and clarity
● Build lead magnets, demo funnels, and ICP-specific landing pages
5. Sales & Founder’s Office Support
● Work closely with the Founder on strategic GTM initiatives
● Build pitch decks, one-pagers, and deal-enablement assets
● Support RFP responses and strategic proposals with strong marketing narratives
● Translate business strategy into executable growth plans

● Extremely self-driven and proactive
● Operates comfortably as a “one-person marketing team”

● Comfortable working directly with founders and leadership Required Experience
● 4–8 years in growth marketing / demand generation / GTM roles
● Experience in B2B services, SaaS, consulting, or global trade businesses preferred
● Strong exposure to multiple acquisition channels (inbound, outbound, partnerships, etc.)
