Job Summary

Coordinatez IT Solution is seeking a motivated Data Analyst Intern to help transform raw data into meaningful business insights. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate looking to gain practical experience in data analysis, reporting, visualization, and business intelligence.

You will work with our team to organize datasets, identify trends, develop dashboards, and support data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate, and organize data from multiple sources
• Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights
• Build reports, dashboards, and visualizations
• Assist with defining and monitoring key performance indicators
• Support ad hoc data and business research requests
• Document analytical processes and findings
• Present insights clearly to technical and non-technical team members
• Help improve data quality and reporting processes

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or a similar visualization tool
• Understanding of data cleaning and analytical concepts
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python, particularly Pandas, NumPy, or Matplotlib
• Familiarity with databases and data-querying techniques
• Knowledge of statistical analysis
• Experience working on academic or personal data projects
• Interest in artificial intelligence and business automation
