We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated SAP Master Data Associate to join our team. This is an entry-level role suited for graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are eager to build a career in master data management within a retail environment. You will be responsible for maintaining and governing core master data across SAP S/4HANA, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across procurement, inventory, and commercial functions. Key Responsibilities ∙Create, maintain, and update master data records in SAP S/4HANA including Material Master, Vendor Master, and Pricing & Conditions ∙Perform regular data quality checks and audits to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of master data ∙Coordinate with procurement, finance, and logistics teams to gather and validate data requirements ∙Manage vendor onboarding and maintenance processes including vendor classification and banking details ∙Maintain pricing conditions, info records, and source lists in SAP MM ∙Support inventory and procurement teams with master data-related queries and issue resolution ∙Execute data loads and updates using SAP tools; flag anomalies for senior review ∙Maintain documentation of master data processes, standards, and workflows ∙Participate in SAP data cleansing and migration activities as needed ∙Adhere to data governance policies and escalate data quality issues appropriately Required Skills & Qualifications Technical:

∙Hands-on experience or strong academic/certified knowledge of SAP S/4HANA MM module

∙Familiarity with SAP transactions such as MM01, MM02, MK01, MEK1, ME11, and related t-codes

∙Proficiency in Microsoft Excel — VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data validation, and basic macros

∙Understanding of Material Master, Vendor Master, and Pricing Conditions data structures

∙Basic knowledge of procurement and inventory management processes Domain:

∙Understanding of retail master data concepts (SKU management, vendor hierarchies, pricing tiers)

∙Awareness of data governance principles and master data lifecycle management

Soft Skills:

∙High attention to detail with a structured, methodical approach to data entry and validation

∙Strong communication skills to liaise effectively across cross-functional teams

∙Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines

∙Eagerness to learn and grow within an SAP environment

Educational Requirements

∙Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field

∙SAP MM certification from a reputed institute is a strong advantage

0–2 years of hands-on SAP experience (internship or full-time)

Pay: ₹213,908.26 - ₹450,000.00 per year
