ABOUT THE ROLE

This position will support new requirements from the Kitchen & Bath business, specifically focusing on the analysis and management of project-related data.

The role is centered on leveraging data insights to improve decision-making, ensure data accuracy, and provide actionable reporting for business performance and project tracking.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

Required:

• Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Sound stakeholder management with global counterparts (US, APAC, EMEA)
• Proficient in Advance Excel and Power BI/Tableau
• Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience (including approximately 3+ years in a core Project/Data Management role)
• Documentation skills, attention to detail
• Knowledge of Process Improvement skills
• Knowledge of ISO standards and PMO quality processes
• Knowledge of Project Management skills

Preference for candidates would be given if they have:

• 6+ years of experience (including 3+ years in Data Management Related role)
• Experience in Past roles in Engineering and/or Manufacturing is a bonus.
• Data Management/Data Analytics experience preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of Power Automate/Python/Power Query/VBA/Macros
• Data Analytics certification from a renowned University/Platform is an added advantage.
