Job Title: Python Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a Python Developer to join our team and work on data-driven financial

applications. This role involves developing, optimizing, and maintaining Python-based

trading strategies, data pipelines, and analytical tools. While prior trading or financial market

experience is a plus, it is not required. We value strong Python developers who enjoy solving

complex problems and working with large datasets.

Responsibilities

● Implement and optimize algorithmic trading strategies using historical and real-time

market data.

● Work extensively with time-series data using Pandas and NumPy.

● Analyze strategy performance and improve execution logic.

● Build reusable, efficient, and well-tested code.

● Collaborate with team members to improve trading systems and automation

workflows.

● Document code and technical implementations.

Required Qualifications

● Proficiency in Python.

● Experience working with Pandas and NumPy.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Good understanding of object-oriented programming and software design principles.

● Experience writing clean, maintainable, and testable code.

● Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.

● Ability to work independently and communicate effectively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications

● Experience with time-series data analysis.

● Familiarity with algorithmic trading frameworks such as Freqtrade (or willingness to

learn).

● Knowledge of technical indicators and quantitative analysis.

● Experience with Docker and Linux environments.

● Basic understanding of SQL and data processing.

● Experience with APIs (REST/WebSocket).

Nice to Have

● Experience in cryptocurrency or financial markets.

● Knowledge of backtesting and strategy optimization.

● Understanding of statistics or quantitative methods.

● Experience with CCXT or exchange APIs.
