Hiring: Recruitment Interviewer

Location: Remote

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct telephone, virtual, interviews for technical and non-technical positions.
• Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, communication, and suitability for the role.
• Verify candidate documents, qualifications, and work experience.
• Explain job opportunities, salary packages, and company requirements to candidates.
• Prepare interview reports, assessments, and recommendations.
• Coordinate with recruiters, hiring managers, and clients throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment databases.
• Schedule and manage interview appointments efficiently.
• Support recruitment campaigns for local and overseas employment opportunities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of recruitment or HR experience.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi .
• Experience in candidate screening and interviewing.
• Proficient in MS Office and online recruitment platforms.
• Overseas recruitment experience is an advantage.
