Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced IT Architect cum Full Stack Developer to lead the architecture, development, and long-term growth of organisation's cloud-based HRMS platform. This role offers the opportunity to grow into a CTO with leadership and equity potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop a scalable, secure SaaS HRMS.
• Build core HRMS modules (HR, Payroll, Attendance, Leave, Recruitment, ESS/MSS, Compliance, Reports).
• Develop APIs, integrations, and cloud deployment.
• Ensure security, performance, maintenance, and product enhancements.

Technical Skills

• Backend: .NET Core / ASP.NET Core, Node.js
• Frontend: React.js / Angular
• Mobile: Flutter / React Native
• Database: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL
• Cloud: Azure/AWS, Docker, Git, CI/CD

Experience & Qualification

• 5–10 years of Full Stack Development experience.
• Experience in HRMS, Payroll, ERP, or SaaS products preferred.
• Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, IT, MCA, or equivalent.
