Co-ordinating and controlling Project risks from Initialisation to SOP milestone. Works with the PD Heads to ensure that the Program risks are appropriately identified, and mitigated, without impacting TCP.
Leads a team of Risk Managers and guides them on the Risk management process and aligning them to the overall organisation goal and project delivery targets. Primary contact for PD Heads & President’s Office for enabling & setting up governance of Sigma reviews to ensure timely risk escalation & resolution.
Responsible for ensuring skill sets of Risk Managers are identified, and suitable training needs are identified to fill the skill gaps, working along with BHR.
Set up the governance & lead the preparation of Sigma Report for reviews as per governance established.
Set up regular update sessions with PD Heads & Vertical heads to review the status.
Effectively manage resources across multiple platforms and maintain control of the same liaising with Platforms / CoEs and Program Management.
