This role operates within the Selling Partner Promotions organization, which implements structured processes including Quarterly Planning, Office Hours, and Feature Intake. Key job responsibilities

• Design and architect the promotion sourcing platform while developing expertise in the Promotions business domain.

• Drive end-to-end software component delivery through collaboration with Product, Technology, and Business teams.

• Establish the technical foundation for future product iterations.

• Lead system architecture and drive implementation of coding standards, testing protocols, and security practices.

• Mentor junior engineers and drive engineering excellence across the team.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
