Database Design & Optimization

Database Maintenance & Support

• Monitor database health and ensure systems are operating at peak efficiency.

Database Security

• Define and enforce database security policies, access controls, and encryption.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with system architects, software engineers, and other IT teams to integrate database solutions seamlessly.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.5+ years of experience in database administration with a focus on leadership roles.

Expertise in database technologies (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL).

Strong understanding of database design, optimization, and recovery strategies.
