• Install and configure Windows, Linux, applications, and other required tools by users.
• Troubleshooting, diagnose and resolve Hardware, software and network issues on desktop and laptop.
• Install updates, and new software versions to ensure systems are secure and optimized.
• Assist users Network connectivity issues, Domain join, including wired and wireless network problems.
• Track IT equipment and software licenses, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
• Document issues, resolutions, and FAQs to build a knowledge base for future support.
• Ensure timely responses to tickets and requests, providing professional communication and updates to users.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
• Experience with installation, hardware troubleshooting and repair.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, IPsec, ISPs) and remote troubleshooting tools.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, LAN, WAN, Anti-Virus, Security patch and other business applications.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good understanding of network security practices.
