Associate Project / Program Manager
Position Summary
The Associate Project / Program Manager will support the Delivery Director in managing delivery governance, project tracking, portfolio reporting, risk management, stakeholder communication, and operational excellence across strategic projects and accounts.
The role will be responsible for ensuring accurate project reporting, governance compliance, action tracking, risk monitoring, and executive dashboard preparation while coordinating with project managers, delivery leads, and account teams.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Governance Support
- Support governance across multiple projects and programs.
- Track project health, milestones, dependencies, and action items.
- Ensure compliance with delivery processes and governance standards.
- Maintain project governance artifacts and repositories.
Project & Portfolio Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly delivery dashboards.
- Consolidate project status reports from project managers.
- Generate portfolio-level reports for leadership review.
- Track KPIs across projects and highlight exceptions.

RAID Management
- Maintain centralized RAID logs.
- Follow up with project teams on open risks and issues.

Agile Delivery & Scrum Facilitation
Key Responsibilities
- Act as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies:
- Sprint Planning
- Daily Stand-ups
- Sprint Reviews
- Sprint Retrospectives
- Backlog Refinement Sessions
- Track sprint commitments and delivery progress.
- Monitor team velocity and predictability.
- Identify and remove impediments impacting delivery.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Delivery Managers on backlog prioritization.
- Ensure adherence to Agile and Scrum best practices.
- Support release planning and dependency management across teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through retrospective actions.
- Track Agile delivery metrics and present them during governance reviews.

Experience
Preferred Experience
