Role Overview

We are looking for a highly energetic and curious entry-level AI-assisted developer who understands how to leverage modern AI coding tools—especially Claude—to generate, iterate, and refine code.

This is not a traditional software development role focused on deep expertise in a specific tech stack. Instead, the focus is on:

• Thinking clearly
  
• Writing precise prompts
  
• Iterating intelligently with AI tools
  
• Communicating effectively

If you’ve built things using AI during college, side projects, or internships, that matters more than years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Use AI tools like Claude to:
  • Generate code from well-structured prompts
    
  • Debug and refine outputs
    
  • Iterate toward production-ready solutions
    
• Break down problems into structured prompts and workflows
  
• Experiment with “vibe coding” approaches—rapid prototyping using AI assistance
  
• Document prompts, outputs, and learnings clearly
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions
  
• Communicate ideas, challenges, and solutions clearly in spoken and written English
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

Core Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  
• Strong clarity of thought and ability to explain concepts simply
  
• Basic programming understanding (language agnostic—Python, JavaScript, etc.)
  
• Familiarity with AI coding tools like Claude or similar
  
• Ability to write structured prompts and refine them based on outputs
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship experience (2–3 months) in development, automation, or AI-related work
  
• Experience using AI tools to:
  • Build small applications
    
  • Automate workflows
    
  • Generate scripts or utilities
    
• Exposure to:
  • Prompt engineering concepts
    
  • Debugging AI-generated code
    
  • Rapid prototyping
    

Evaluation Criteria

Candidates will be assessed on:

• Ability to demonstrate real usage of AI tools (not just theoretical knowledge)
  
• Quality of prompts they write and how they iterate
  
• Communication clarity and fluency
  
• Practical thinking and problem-solving approach
  
• Examples of projects, college work, or internships
  

Nice-to-Have (Not Mandatory)

• GitHub or portfolio showcasing AI-assisted projects
  
• Experience with multiple AI tools beyond Claude
  
• Basic understanding of APIs, automation, or integrations
