Role Overview

The Procurement Intern will support the Procurement and Operations team in managing day-to-day purchasing activities, maintaining procurement records, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring timely processing of purchase orders. This role is ideal for a fresher who is eager to learn procurement processes, ERP systems, and vendor coordination while contributing to the efficient execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and update Purchase Orders (POs).
• Enter and maintain procurement data in Zoho ERP.
• Keep vendor and purchase records updated.
• Follow up with vendors and internal teams for order updates.
• Organize and maintain procurement documents and files.
• Assist the Procurement team with day-to-day tasks.
• Help prepare basic reports and spreadsheets when required.
• Learn and support procurement processes as guided by the team.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Fresher (0–1 year of experience) with an interest in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Operations.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
• Good data entry and documentation skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn procurement processes and ERP systems (Zoho ERP preferred).
• Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
• Positive attitude with a strong learning mindset and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree (completed or pursuing final year) in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or any related discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of procurement or purchasing processes.
• Familiarity with ERP software (Zoho ERP preferred) will be an added advantage.
• Good analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy while handling procurement data.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
