Aura Plantation is a newly-established agricultural estate located in the scenic hills of Sunkasaleh (Mudigree), Karnataka. The estate cultivates both coffee and tea, following sustainable and eco-friendly farming practices. Aura Plantation manages the full value chain— from cultivation and harvesting to processing and distribution. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented accountant to manage the financial operations of both coffee and tea divisions and ensure full compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. The Accountant will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities for Aura Plantation’s coffee and tea operations. This includes maintaining financial records, managing cost control, processing payroll, ensuring compliance with Indian tax laws, and providing actionable f inancial insights to assist in management decisions.

We are building an enterprise AI platform that turns complex real-world operational data into structured intelligence and workflows. The platform combines:

● and AI orchestration to generate operational insights, anomaly detection, reporting, and enterprise workflows. We are looking for a pragmatic engineer who can help design and build production-grade AI systems end-to-end.

What You’ll Work On

● Build AI-powered workflow systems using Python

● Integrate multimodal data pipelines

● Design secure enterprise backend architecture

● Work across multiple cloud and LLM providers

● Build orchestration layers, APIs, and async processing systems

● Develop human-in-the-loop review workflows

● Implement auditability, permissions, and versioning Nature of the Problem Space The work involves extracting highly nuanced signals from messy and incomplete multimodal data.

Examples include:

● anomaly and fraud detection,

● identifying inconsistencies across reports and imagery,

● reconciling conflicting evidence,

● and extracting structured intelligence from noisy operational inputs. These workflows often require:

● multi-stage AI pipelines,

● multiple inference passes across different models,

● confidence scoring,

● and human review systems. We are interested in engineers who can design feedback-driven systems while maintaining enterprise-grade reliability, auditability, and control. Ideal Background Experience with:

● Python
