We are seeking a Structural Engineer to support rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV projects & real estate construction design. This role focuses on structural analysis, design calculations, and permit-ready documentation.

The engineer will work closely to deliver code-compliant, high-quality structural packages suitable for permitting and construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform structural evaluations of existing buildings
• Design and analyze mounting systems, attachments, and support structures
• Evaluate dead, live, wind, snow, and seismic loads per Local & International codes
• Prepare structural calculation packages
• Review architectural, structural, and Layout drawings
• Develop and mark up attachment layouts and structural details
• Coordinate with design, electrical, and project engineering teams
• Maintain documentation standards, assumptions, and revision tracking

Technical Requirements Structural & Code Knowledge

• Strong understanding of building codes, including:
• IBC
• wind, snow, seismic loads
• AISC / ACI / NDS (as applicable)
• Experience with wood, steel, concrete, and metal deck systems
• Knowledge of wind uplift, roof zones, and load path continuity

Specific Experience

• Structural assessments (flat and pitched roofs)
• Attachment and fastener design (pull-out, shear, uplift checks)
• Ballasted vs mechanically attached systems
• Awareness of waterproofing and roof warranty considerations
• Ground-mount experience (foundations, overturning, uplift) – preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
