The position requires a strong technical grounding in telecom systems such as Billing, CRM, and Order Management, alongside expertise in governance, RAID management, and multi-vendor coordination. A successful candidate will drive technical discussions with architects, manage intensive client interactions at the executive level, and ensure quality through rigorous SIT/UAT readiness and release planning.
