Pros

Hard working people in the company...unfortunately under appreciated. Large MSO. Expansion. Company paid health insurance, but high deductibles. Co match 401K but only 2%

Cons

Empty promises. Greed. Only focused on the spreadsheets and numbers. No training. Upper management too busy focusing on shops hitting unrealistic budgets to really get to know the people that are busting it everyday. Even then it’s not good enough! Toxic environment
