      Sports at the Workplace and Free Transportation. Niche Technology Focus.

      Cons

      Warning: A Toxic Workplace with Zero Job Security and Subpar Employee Benefits 1. Insecurity Looms: No Job Security and Uncertain Termination Policies. 2. An Inside Look: Lack of Employee Support and Puppet Indian Management. 3. Policies are not employee friendly - No WFH option - Absence of Flexi pay for salary - Inadequate Family Benefits: Maternity and Paternity Policies Falling Short with others. - Stuck in Fixed Pay with Tax Woes: Complete fixed pay with lot of tax deduction as they don't have any tax saving options. 4. Opaque Management and Disappointing Pay Raises. 5. Technical Excellence Marred by Poor Planning. 6. Suffocated by Toxicity and Micro-Management. 7. Lack of professional growth opportunities. 8. There is no Vision for Indian Management.

      Yet to be found. Upper management nexus don't care about employee

      Cons

      -No Work from home -Less pay as per standards - Hr treat employee like school kids - There is a nexus of India management, only care for themselves - Management doesn't have inclusive mindset and no transparency with all employee

      An Average Company

      Pros

      1. Work pressure is less. Innovation work is there, lots of self learning is there. 2. Great employee benefits in terms of Health Insurance and other facilities like can, subsidized food 3. Less people so you can be in the limelight with little work done.

      Cons

      It's more a Sales and Services company than a product based company. Products are in the form of Business Unit which are based at US or UK, If BU is not there then there's no product as such. If you are in sales your job is 100% safe, but if you are into hardware engineering or software engineering then you never know when your job will be gone. People with less experience get eye catching salary than more experienced people because they are favorite of management. You will get career lowest hike every year, no matter how much hardwork you do, you are going to get 3 as rating, it can never go beyond 3. If you are offered job please think 1000 times and join with high risk.
