      Pros

      My team had a good work life balance and job security is better as compared to other service based tech gaint. Although company is not doing good for now but once it gets back on track, it is good place to work compared to competitions. Also, it has hybrid work culture

      Cons

      Lack of compensation benefit in annual appraisal. Managers skills are not upto the mark when it comes to managing the team
