Pros

The managers in the C&I (controls and instrumentation) group are the best that I've ever worked with. Everyone is really kind to each other. I walk into work each day feeling like I'm among friends. The work-life balance is pretty great. If you want to be ambitious and take on more responsibilities, you can.

Cons

I can't think of any cons that are unique to working here. It's work. It's not going to be fun all the time, otherwise you wouldn't get paid for it.
