Pros

Great supportive, team culture. Management lets you work autonomously but is always there when a need arises. Good products that fill genuine customer needs. Company listens to and integrates employee feedback. Good PTO policy. Really great place to settle in for long term employment.

Cons

After hours sales meetings. Insistence on participation in Teams chats that often feels like busywork or superfluous activity. These are minor tradeoffs for an otherwise excellent company culture and experience.

Phenomenal company to work for with the ability to speak to anyone within the organization, including ownership. They put employees for the company.

Cons

insurance benefits could be lower costs for the employees, however, I’ll take that over a bad environment any day

Family owned company where everyone on the executive team, treats you like family. There’s no corporate nonsense and if you do your job, you’re appreciated and compensated. The owner sends private messages to thank you for a job well done. Who else does that?

Cons

The territory is very large and requires a lot of travel.
