-The management does not have any vision, it keeps changing -There is no plan beyond few months in terms of project execution -Disrespect employee especially those who are from outside of Goa -No matter what is done, it will be disrespected and frown down upon -More politics and less work -Nth Hour working style working like the cliffhanger -Caste and religion based discrimination -You can build a 101 Encyclopedia for things not to do, would be very easy to visualize it -Dissing upon juniors culture, no respect for shopfloor people -0 Worklife balance -Unstable work environment -Avoid if you want any piece of mind
