Pros

Very good leadership and worked with great clients. They promoted and fostered a culture around people and learning. (This was previous to being acquired by Tech Mahindra).

Cons

If you weren't on a client, it was your responsibility to find a client to work on or bring in. If you couldn't bring one in, you were let go within a month.

- Opportunity for recent university graduates to grow - Varied and ambitious projects - Team cohesion activities - Openness to listening to concerns and complaints - Attractive benefits - Excellent work environment - Very professional colleagues, excellent in their area and very friendly

Cons

- Overworking is part of the culture - The relocation program is very closed, very few will be able to relocate - The pay is not very good compared to other companies - PMs are not usually a shield between you and the client - Few long-term growth opportunities - The career and learning path leave a lot to be desired
