Learnt so much working here. Have implemented ideas learnt from dox2U in my new company. After moving, realized how much I learnt. It was difficult at first but over time realized the value of working at a small startup. Had lots of flexibility. Started off in a complementary role and was given the opportunity to expand my role and skills
Cons
Sometimes the engineering process can be difficult because ideas that we give take too long to implement. A smarter team to work with would create more learning paths Culture could be more & better
