Cons
1. Since last 2 years, Management have changed now they do remote reporting of employees. Software is installed on Laptops which track every browser history and work you do on Laptop. Also Pie charts are made for your productivity. 2. Even if you go washroom for 5 mins, you need to mention in their daily time sheet. 3. You would be hired as Software engineer, but you can be put as production support for 6 Months( rotational ) any day. Which will be like handling call from users and less development on errors. 4. Management directly intereacts with fresher as well. No hierarchy in system. and Management shouts in front of everyone to fresher . 5. Late sitting is very common here daily. even if complete ur 9hrs of work and u leave for the day they wont allow and you and you can get new task at 7 pm as well. 3. No Hierarchy. Even HOD, TL PM do coding here.
