      Banking domain, opportunity to touch every resources of the SDLC. Has an employee welfare fund. No problem when taking leaves.

      Cons

      No personal life, late sitting are common, improper resource management, internal politics. The person who performs good is given more work without any appreciation. Bad working culture and bad policies

      Pays well enough. Benefits. That's it.

      Cons

      - Insane Board of Directors with zero vision - Most key departments have been entirely eliminated, including all forms of customer service. - Product is stagnant and falling off, competitor's do it better now, extremely poor company outlook. - Hilariously insulting Severance package.
