*Specifically for Pune,India office* • Be master at POCs. You will be making lots and lots of POCs which will satisfy the need of your upper management so that they get good increment and promotion at the end of the year. You will be given nuts. • There is a circus called "UI Next". See you won't be doing anything much the whole year because the company does not have projects. So when the year is ending upper management people will run after you to get some eye catching things to show at UI Next aka Circus. Guess what!! This projects will never see the sunlight. • Management will always say they don't really care about experience it's just the work and knowledge they see. Now the same management when giving credits will always mention your lead who actually does nothing and does not even show face in meetings just because he has experience. Hypocrite much??!!

*Politics , Politics and Politics* • Do u want promotion in every year or 6months ? And also you don't actually care about technology and not like to work? Just come to Globant they actually need spineless people like you as you will be managing events fetching tshirts, agreeing to everything what your ultimate boss says except coding. Trust me people are making a career out of it and are given promotions every year on the basis of this stuff. • Favoritsm everywhere! Be favourite of your studio partner and you will get everything others get nuts!! P.S - I know after my review there will be lots of positive reviews so that my review gets buried.
