Cons
I had a offer from Globant. Based on their offer I had left my previous organisation. But due the COVID situation they have postponed my joining indefinitely. Even before completing my last day at my previous organisation I had asked my recruiter whether should I revoke my resignation here or not? But she lied and asked to continue with my resignation. I didn't have any other offer apart from them. Because of my critical financial condition I made many humble requests to them to get me joined, but they are very diplomatic with their answers. Also my recruiter was very rude in this situation. Many times she didn't even receive my phone calls and reply to my emails. Many times she asked me to look outside. If I have left my current job based on your offer then why should I look outside in this difficult situation? Although they have postponed my joining, they have onboarded many other people virtually. They have put me in very difficult situation which led me go into depression.
