1)Utterly Poor work life balance across all teams. 2)Pay hikes is the most poor in industry considering hours of work and pressure on employees. 3)Employee discrimination on a large scale. Discrimination between Non CA's and CA's. To the extent , discrimination of pay between first attempt pass out and others. 4)Investment team should know that not all their funds are best in market. Even a Motilal Oswal fund performs better than some of their funds. 5) Investments patronizes CFA's. Rest of dept patronizes CA's. Does HR even evaluate on basis of interest and skills or just on basis of free will of CEO and the top management. 6) Competition leading to politics in teams. Poor leadership and management among some teams 7) Leaves are given as a favor to employees. HR should generate awareness to the Senior Managers that leaves are employee rights and not favors that employee needs to beg for the same.
