* Good salary( it depends from which college you pass out from. If you have done MBA in Tier -2 colleges you'll be in Level 3 with monthly salary of 4lpa for freshers. If from Tier-1 college like IIM's them you'll be directly in Level-4. Or else you'll be in level -1 with 2.1 lpa salary) *If you do the numbers, you are the king. *Seniors are supportive
Cons
* You are supposed to do the numbers. Even if you do not have any leads, you are suppose to get results. It literally means you have to get insurance done from personal contact. * Very high work pressure * It take time for level-1 person to be in team handling position(Level-4). It could be in average of 8-10 years. * No festivals, team outings, celebrations. * If your customer wants you have to work on Sundays. No comp-offs * The managers feel that we are selling vegetables. That if we stand in road, everyone will run to get insurance.
