1. Worst pay masters for anyone other than engineering. 2. Everything needs to be done NOW. No time given, no plan in place. They make up things as they go. 3. All solutions are band aid and quick fix solutions. No one wants to find long term solutions to any problems. 4. They have zero regard for your personal time. They will call ANYTIME. 11 pm at night, weekends, when you're on planned leave and celebrating with your family. Probably on your death bed also. 5. They have no HR policies, there are no employee retention plans, there are no perks to speak of except getting your salary on time.
