Pros

I have a great time at Interfolio. For the most part it's been a friendly environment. Decent and stress free. Very Organized.

Cons

Salary. The pay could be better for the industry and what we do. This year we did not receive a bonus. Also since the Elsevier merge, it's been different.

Pros

working at interfolio was a fantastic experience. Their focus on maximizing efficiencies in processes gives employees a chance to leave once they get their work done and not feel excess strain on their personal lives.

Cons

Being remote meant I did not feel as close of a bond with other employees.

Pros

The people at Interfolio make all the difference. Passionate, committed, collaborative. At every level in the company, from entry level to senior management, some of the best people I have ever worked with.

Cons

Growing pains. Recently acquired by a larger company, Interfolio is learning how to operate as part of a global company. The good news is that the new owners also are passionate about education and are very supportive as we grow through the challenges of leaving the start up world for the corporate world.
