Company has some creative projects like Smart Mirror, IoT & Alexa. Reward point system is motivating Paid Vacation for people who is with company for long Skill Improvement session Writing Sessions , I improved a lot by participating in writing sessions.

Cons

Challenging work. Non tech managers sometime makes life difficult . Sometime we feel seniors are missing.
