      1. Best Place to kick-start your career. 2. Friendly atmosphere, supportive and helpful colleagues. 3. Great working environment 4. Management is doing commendable Job. 5. Freedom to take initiative no matter you fail or succeed. First company in my career(its my third) where you get to voice your opinion, thoughts & feedback so openly. It helps in creating a strong emotional bond and I feel so deeply connected with my work.
