- Seniors are helpful - Good place to learn and get a lot of exposure by working on overseas projects

Cons

- Micro management at every step. - Every time you take a leave you have to compensate the client,even if that leave is due Indian holiday you will have to compensate. - There is no leave you will have to work on weekends to compensate the leaves you have taken.
