I love working at Outlook Group! We service several of the biggest companies in North America (consumer products, medical, others). Hard work, high expectations, but rewarding.

Cons

Demand can fluctuate and this can lead to needs for overtime or reduction in temporary employees.

The employees make it a great place to be, the loyalty toward meeting our customers needs and working together to get things done is fun to be a part of.

Cons

With the growth the company is experiencing and tight labor market there tends to be overtime required, for some that can be seen as a negative for others they enjoy the extra pay.

Outlook Group is a great company to work for. It is a great team environment. Everyone helps each other out. This includes training you in your job so you are successful. There are plenty of opportunities for advancement.
