Have been working with People Gamut for a while now, and out of my experience, I can definitely say that this place is rightly known for its culture and processes, that distinguishes this firm from many other companies in the Recruitment industry. Work is highly respected and regarded here, which is why employees are constantly motivated to give their best in order to achieve their professional and personal goals. People Gamut engages with many reputed MNCs and budding companies, and the inhouse processes help its employees to work with their clients with professionalism and gives freshers a lot of insights about the real corporate world out there! The team is also very friendly, and I personally feel very valued in this organization. They have an open-door policy which encourages the employees to discuss their ideas and concerns. And yes, the fun activities are also an inevitable part of this company :) In short, If you have the right intent and if you are a career oriented person, this place provides you ample opportunities to learn, grow and evolve as a better professional.

Having worked in a couple of other places, I genuinely feel that the work environment here is excellent. The management is friendly, decisive and cares about our individual careers. Although it a recruitment firm, the company does not believe in targets. Instead, there are some really exciting rewards and recognition programs apart from excellent incentives. There is a lot of importance given to work life balance which means that we get flexibility for family emergencies and needs. I have experienced this firsthand and highly appreciate the value of it.
