Horrible Management. Lots of politics going on at every level, specially Hr to senior managers to your project manager are involved in politics. Deaf year given to concerns. They just act like they are concerned for employees but in reality they these Management and Hr everyone is playing politics, they will just play around acting like they are actually taking note of your queries. Hikes are worst. Even if you are dedicated and give your 100% they will still question your performance . All blame is upon junior employees as the senior managers are saints here. There are managers favorites here for whom everything is fair. Junior managers will try to impress senior managers and thats how you Go ahead. Working on old technologies and lots of customized tools are used which has no use outside. Policies are for name sake only. Carrier spoilt here totally.

Doesn't care about employees ... Dirty politics.. Worst management and HR. Don't value for best employee that's why they leave once bond is over and some of them are still there because they don't have any potential to face this fast pace market and after sometime they become the manager without any skills. Junior manager always try to impress/praise senior manager even though they are wrong. No one dare to take a strong stand for good employees. Worst hike pattern and try to justify that with any random argument. So if you have other good opportunity don't go for this company. Saint Gobain is good brand but especially Indec Mumbai is worst.

very good company, est. in 1965 in devahalli bangalore, they have perfectly blend indian culture and Saint-gobain international standards, good place to develop professional, lots of training and fun at work program, good work-life balance. Not a typical ego centric indian managment, nice people but knowing kannada or being a kannadiga you can easily develop good relations with management staff and local work men. Lil Laid back culture but performance oriented. Creative ideas are very well appretiated. ethical treatment to all, value driven,

salaries are very low. if you are looking for challenges with monetary benefits it may not be your kind of place, but if your looking to live a peaceful life in a garden campus and highly subsidized canteen facilities its good. Its a nice place to develop and maintain long term relationship not for recommended for passionate, ambitious, highflyers.
